Small-Group Tutoring FAQ

When does the group start and what time does it meet?
The first group starts in January 2027 and meets online. We'll set the weekly session day and time with the people accepted, and you'll have the full schedule before you pay.
Who leads the sessions?
A licensed clinical supervisor who trains and supervises pre-licensed counselors.
What if I miss a session?
Let us know ahead of time and we'll send that week's case and notes. To keep the pass guarantee, attend at least 5 of the 6 sessions.
Is the practice exam included?
Yes. You take one full-length timed practice exam after week 5, and the group reviews it together in week 6.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Pay $499 in full, or make 2 payments of $260.
How does the pass guarantee work?
If you attend at least 5 of the 6 sessions, complete the timed exam and sit the NCMHCE within 90 days of your last session but don't pass, you can join the next small group at no cost.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund if you withdraw before the first session. After the group starts, the pass guarantee applies instead.
